Contracts
All Rental contracts are based on a minimum term of 17 months, after which, the product can be upgraded (increased fees may apply), kept ongoing or cancelled after 1 month notice is given.
One month deposit is required in advance, or at point of order.
All applications are subject to status, ages 18 and over.
Product payments shown are correct from 01/12/2020, and may change by day, all prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%.
Bfs Rental Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). It is a member of the Consumer Credit Trade Association and abides by its Code of Practice.
The FCA expects us to adhere to the Responsible Lending Obligations. Bfs Rental Ltd is required to make an assessment as to whether a Lease can afford their rental contract by making payments in a sustainable manner, without incurring financial difficulties or experiencing significant adverse consequences. To be able to make this assessment we are required to make various enquiries of your ability to afford the rental repayments. A Lease will be deemed unsuitable if you will be unable to comply with your financial obligations under the lease or only be able to comply with financial difficulties or experiencing significant adverse consequences.
We must make reasonable inquiries as to your financial situation.
Make reasonable inquiries as to your requirements and objectives with regard to the Lease that you wish to proceed with.
We must verify your Financial Information that you have supplied to us. To do this you will be required to supply us with one or several of the following items:
Employment Details, Recent Pay slips, Bank Statements and some form of personal identification.
